מחיקת חשבון שורד

באפשרותך למחוק את חשבון שורד שלך ואת כל הנתונים הקשורים אליו ישירות מתוך האפליקציה, בכל רגע, ללא צורך לפנות אלינו או לשלוח מייל.

שלבי מחיקת החשבון מתוך האפליקציה

  1. פתח את אפליקציית שורד והתחבר עם מספר הטלפון שלך.
  2. הקש על תמונת הפרופיל בפינה כדי לפתוח את התפריט הצדדי.
  3. בחר החשבון שלי.
  4. גלול עד תחתית המסך.
  5. הקש על הכפתור האדום מחיקת חשבון.
  6. אשר את הפעולה בחלון האישור שיופיע.

המחיקה מתבצעת מיידית. אין צורך לאשר מייל, אין תקופת המתנה ואין דרישה לפנייה לתמיכה.

מה נמחק

  • פרטי פרופיל (שם פרטי, שם משפחה, תאריך לידה, מגדר, אימייל אם הוזן)
  • מספר הטלפון המשויך לחשבון
  • יעדים אישיים וספירות לאחור שיצרת
  • הגדרות האפליקציה (שנת לימודים, שפה, יום שישי)
  • הגדרות התראות וטוקן המכשיר ל-Push (FCM)
  • טוקני רענון (Refresh tokens) של כל ההתקנים — כל החיבורים יותקו מיידית

מה נשמר ולמשך כמה זמן

לאחר המחיקה, אף נתון מזוהה אישית (PII) הקשור אליך אינו נשמר במערכת. ייתכן ויישארו ביומני המערכת רישומים תפעוליים אנונימיים ומצרפיים (לדוגמה: "נרשמו N משתמשים בישראל בתאריך X") למשך עד 30 ימים, לצורכי אבחון תקלות ומניעת הונאות. רישומים אלו אינם כוללים מספר טלפון, שם, מזהה מכשיר או כל פרט מזהה אחר.

הרשמה מחדש

תמיד תוכל להירשם מחדש לשורד עם אותו מספר טלפון לאחר המחיקה. בהרשמה מחדש ייווצר חשבון חדש, ריק ונקי לחלוטין.

לא מצליח לגשת לאפליקציה?

אם איבדת גישה למכשיר או לא מצליח להיכנס לאפליקציה לצורך המחיקה, ניתן לפנות אלינו דרך דף התמיכה וציין את מספר הטלפון של החשבון. המחיקה תבוצע בתוך 7 ימי עסקים.

Delete your Sored account

You can delete your Sored account and all associated data directly from the app, at any time, without contacting us or sending an email.

How to delete your account from inside the app

  1. Open the Sored app and sign in with your phone number.
  2. Tap your avatar in the corner to open the side menu.
  3. Choose My Account.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
  5. Tap the red Delete account button.
  6. Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.

Deletion is immediate. There is no email confirmation, no waiting period, and no need to contact support.

What gets deleted

  • Profile (first name, last name, birthdate, gender, email if provided)
  • The phone number associated with the account
  • Personal goals and countdowns you created
  • App settings (school year, language, Friday toggle)
  • Notification preferences and the Push (FCM) device token
  • Refresh tokens for every device — all sessions are invalidated immediately

What is retained, and for how long

After deletion, no personally identifiable information (PII) tied to you remains in the system. Anonymized aggregate operational records (for example, "N users in Israel signed up on date X") may remain in system logs for up to 30 days for diagnostics and fraud prevention. These records contain no phone number, name, device identifier, or any other identifying detail.

Signing up again

You can always sign up to Sored again with the same phone number after deletion. Re-registering creates a fresh, empty account with no carry-over from before.

Can't access the app?

If you've lost access to your device or can't open the app to delete your account, reach out via our support page and include the phone number on the account. Deletion will be completed within 7 business days.
