שורד (להלן: "האפליקציה") היא אפליקציה לספירה לאחור של שנת הלימודים. אנו מכבדים את פרטיותך ומחויבים לשמור על המידע שאתה משתף עמנו. המסמך הזה מסביר אילו פרטים נאספים, למה הם משמשים, היכן הם נשמרים, וכיצד אפשר למחוק את החשבון ואת המידע הקשור אליו.

הנתונים הבאים נאספים אך ורק לצורך תפעול האפליקציה:
אנו לא אוספים: מיקום, אנשי קשר, גלישה, נתונים פיננסיים, נתוני בריאות או כל מידע על שימוש באפליקציות אחרות. אין באפליקציה מערכות מעקב צד שלישי לפרסום או אנליטיקה התנהגותית.
אנו משתמשים בספקי צד שלישי בלבד לצורך תפעול:
איננו מוכרים, משכירים או מעבירים את המידע לצדדים שלישיים נוספים לצרכים שיווקיים.
המידע מאוחסן בשרתים מחוץ לישראל (האיחוד האירופי / ארה"ב), אצל הספקים שצוינו לעיל. התקשורת בין האפליקציה לשרת מוצפנת ב-TLS. סיסמאות חד-פעמיות (OTP) ואסימוני רענון נשמרים כ-hash בלבד (SHA-256). אסימוני גישה מבוססים על JWT עם תוקף קצר (עד 15 דקות).
אנו שומרים את המידע כל עוד החשבון פעיל. בעת מחיקת חשבון – המידע נמחק לצמיתות תוך 24 שעות, למעט עותקי גיבוי אוטומטיים שמתעדכנים בתוך 30 יום לכל היותר.
אתה רשאי למחוק את חשבונך בכל עת – ישירות מתוך האפליקציה:
כל הנתונים שלך – פרופיל, יעדים, הגדרות, אסימוני התראה ותמונת פרופיל – יימחקו מהשרת לצמיתות. ניתן להירשם מחדש עם אותו מספר טלפון לאחר מכן.
בנוסף, ניתן לפנות אלינו ב-… ולבקש מחיקה, עיון, תיקון או ייצוא של המידע. נחזור אליך בתוך 30 ימים.
האפליקציה מיועדת לתלמידי בית ספר, וייתכן שמשתמשיה כוללים קטינים. האפליקציה אינה אוספת מידע מקטינים מתחת לגיל 13 ללא הסכמת הורה / אפוטרופוס. אם נודע לנו שנאסף מידע מקטין מתחת לגיל 13 ללא הסכמה כזו – נמחק אותו מיידית עם פנייה ל-….
התקשורת מוצפנת ב-TLS 1.2 ומעלה. אסימונים נשמרים ב-Keychain של iOS וב-Keystore של Android. סיסמאות חד-פעמיות נשמרות כ-hash בלבד. הגישה למידע במסד הנתונים מוגבלת לפי הרשאה אישית של המשתמש (Row Level Security).
במקרה של שינוי מהותי – נעדכן בעמוד זה ונציין את התאריך החדש למעלה. המשך השימוש באפליקציה לאחר עדכון מהווה הסכמה למדיניות המעודכנת.

Sored (שורד) is a school-year countdown app. This policy explains what information we collect, how it is used and stored, and how you can delete your account at any time.

The following data is collected solely to operate the app:
We do not collect: location, contacts, browsing history, financial data, health data, or usage data from other apps. The app contains no third-party advertising or behavioural-analytics SDKs.
We rely only on the following processors to operate the service:
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third party for marketing purposes.
Data is stored on servers located outside Israel (EU / US), with the processors listed above. All communication between the app and our API is encrypted with TLS. One-time codes and refresh tokens are stored as SHA-256 hashes only. Access tokens are short-lived JWTs (≤ 15 minutes).
We retain personal data for as long as the account is active. When you delete your account, the data is permanently removed from production within 24 hours; encrypted backups roll off within 30 days at most.
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app:
All of your data — profile, goals, settings, push tokens, and avatar — is permanently removed from the server. You may sign up again later with the same phone number.
You may also email … to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. We will respond within 30 days.
Sored is intended for school-age users, which may include minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent's or guardian's consent. If we become aware that such data has been collected without consent, we will delete it promptly. Contact … to report any such case.
Network traffic is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher. Tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain and Android Keystore on-device. One-time codes are stored as hashes only. Database access is restricted per-user via row-level security policies.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
